No Player Photos
After installing Links 2003 for the first time, if you receive a message that there are no player photos please follow the instructions below.
First, download this file to a place where you'll remember.
For Windows XP
1. Open My Computer and go to the C Drive
2. Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\
Note: the Application Data folder may be hidden. If it is, see this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/helpandsupport/learnmore/tips/hiddenfiles.mspx
3. If you don't see a Links 2003 folder in there create one. Needs to be
named 'Links 2003' exactly - without the quotes.
4. Open the zip file you just downloaded and extract the contents into the
new folder: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Links 2003\
5. Start Links and try creating a player once more.
For Windows Vista/Windows 7
1. Open Computer and go to Local Disk (C:)
2. Browse to C:\ProgramData\
3. If you don't see a Links 2003 folder in there create one. Needs to be
named 'Links 2003' exactly - without the quotes.
4. Open the zip file you just downloaded and extract the contents into the
new folder: C:\ProgramData\Links 2003\
5. Start Links and try creating a player once more.
